Terms and Conditions

Two Roses Events Limited
Last updated: 3 November 2026

Welcome to Two Roses Events Limited. We are a not-for-profit events organisation dedicated to bringing communities together through entertainment and fundraising for charities and good causes.

By purchasing tickets for, or attending, our events, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Ticket Purchases and Bookings

All tickets are subject to availability.

Tickets may be purchased through our authorised online ticketing provider, TryBooking, or through designated local ticket outlets where available.

Ticket prices, event dates, times and locations will be clearly advertised.

Any compulsory booking fees will be disclosed before payment.

A booking is confirmed once payment has been accepted or an authorised ticket has been issued.

2. Ticket Categories and Admission

Unless otherwise stated for a particular event:

  • Adult tickets are for ages 13 and over.

  • Child tickets are for children aged 12 and under.

  • Family tickets admit two adults and two children.

Every person attending an event, including babies and infants, must have a valid paid ticket.

Babies and young children may sit on an accompanying adult's knee where appropriate, but they must still have their own ticket.

All attendees, including infants, count towards the venue's maximum permitted capacity.

Tickets must be retained and presented when requested.

3. Refunds and Non-Attendance

Tickets purchased for events taking place on a specified date are generally exempt from the statutory 14-day cooling-off period.

We are therefore unable to offer refunds simply because a ticket holder:

  • Changes their mind.

  • Becomes unable to attend.

  • Experiences illness or travel difficulties.

  • Arrives late or misses the event.

  • Has made other arrangements.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

4. Event Cancellation or Postponement

If Two Roses Events Limited cancels an event, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund in accordance with their statutory rights.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, we will notify ticket holders using the contact details supplied when booking.

Existing tickets will normally remain valid for the revised date.

Where ticket holders cannot attend a rescheduled event, refunds will be available where required by law.

If a significant change is made to the advertised event, we will explain the available options, including any applicable refund rights.

5. Changes to Event Programmes

We aim to deliver events as advertised.

However, circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally require changes to performers, running orders or event arrangements.

We reserve the right to make reasonable alterations where necessary.

Where a change is significant, customers' statutory rights will remain protected.

6. Children and Supervision

Children under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for the safety, supervision and behaviour of children in their care.

We want everyone attending our events to feel comfortable and enjoy themselves.

If a child becomes persistently disruptive, the accompanying adult may be asked to take the child outside temporarily.

In cases of serious or continued disruption, attendees may be required to leave the event.

7. Behaviour and Safety

We are committed to providing a welcoming, enjoyable and safe environment.

Abusive, threatening, aggressive or persistently disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Two Roses Events Limited reserves the right to refuse admission or require an attendee to leave where reasonably necessary for safety or the enjoyment of others.

Refunds will not normally be provided where removal results from unacceptable behaviour, except where required by law.

All attendees must follow reasonable instructions from event organisers, venue staff and authorised representatives.

8. Late Arrival

We encourage attendees to arrive in good time.

Late admission may be delayed until a suitable break in the performance.

Entry may be restricted where necessary for safety or to avoid unreasonable disruption.

Late arrival does not normally entitle a ticket holder to a refund.

9. Ticket Transfers and Resale

Tickets may be transferred privately to another person, provided they are not resold for more than their original purchase price.

Commercial resale, ticket duplication or fraudulent use is prohibited.

Each ticket is valid for one admission only, subject to the advertised ticket category.

10. Accessibility and Special Requirements

We want our events to be welcoming and accessible wherever reasonably possible.

Anyone with accessibility requirements or specific concerns is encouraged to contact us before booking.

We will endeavour to provide reasonable assistance and adjustments in accordance with applicable law.

11. Personal Belongings and Liability

Attendees are responsible for looking after their personal belongings.

Two Roses Events Limited is not responsible for loss or damage except where liability arises under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Personal Information and Communications

We collect and use personal information to administer bookings and communicate essential information about our events.

Your contact details will only be used for essential communications about your booking or event, unless you agree to receive information about future Two Roses Events or we are otherwise permitted to contact you by law.

Further details are available in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

13. Supporting Charities and Good Causes

Two Roses Events Limited operates on a not-for-profit basis.

Our events are organised to bring communities together while raising funds for charities and good causes.

Event income is used to meet legitimate operating and event costs, with available surpluses supporting charitable and community purposes and an appropriate reserve for future activities.

Where an event supports a particular charity or cause, details will be included in the event information.
